Dinner was excellent. I liked a nice white table cloth and servers dressed in black. It reminded me of the genteelness of older days. Everything was clean and the bedlinen was nice. The bathroom needed upgraded and the bedroom furniture

Such friendly staff and lovely accommodations clean and beautiful rooms, fabulous dinner options and great breakfast all at a reasonable price!! Wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary!! So glad we found this gem!!! Honestly there wasn't anything we didn't enjoy!!

Location very good but I felt breakfast a little overcooked. Haggis crisp ...tomato...very small end and overcooked. Egg hard ...not freshly fried. The overall taste was good and I didn't mention any of these things but as you're asking i may as well say as I found it. Felt like breakfast had been kept hot and not freshly cooked. We went down at 9. Maybe should have gone earlier... but you shouldn't need to.

Restaurant food was very poor and overpriced
-
Location to the ferry was great The rooms were definitely not sound proof as I could hear another visitor coughing all night. Mattress could be updated as I had trouble getting up in the morning.

Staff were exceptionally nice, helpful and friendly. Value for money didn’t seem right. Didn’t like they asked for extra money because I had a pet only after I booked, but glad they took pets. And glad it was only £10, but why take it at all.
