Spacious rooms in a great location, with restaurants, grocery stores and public transport just a short walk away. The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly! There was some street traffic noise, but it quieted down considerably after 11 p.m.

Very clean tidy hotel. Great value for money. Comfortable nights sleep. What more could you ask for. Will definitely be back.

Lovely clean, bright and comfortable bedroom and bathroom and spent time people watching from the 2 large window seats.. Ate in the dining room and the food was excellent. The bed though comfortable was quite high for me at 5'3" Our stay was on a busy Saturday and unfortunately you could hear the outside noise till the wee hours. For those travelling by car please make sure to take care on the one way system.

great location for the ferry. Enjoyed my stay, the owners were super helpful with everything. Everything was really clean and a comfy bed. Would gladly stay again.

The staff were awesome, helpful, kind. We had our best meal of our trip in the restaurant on site. The meal and service were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A little more water pressure in the shower would be nice.

They did great with decorating. The view from the room was great. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very sweet. The cost was perfect. Restaurant is only open thurs-sun. Might be an issue for others. The walls are very thin I could hear someone talking and snoring on the other side. Radiator didn’t work and since they don’t really had an office run down to ask questions or a room phone I didn’t exactly have anyone to reach as my cell only had data not minutes to use. So I slept in my sweater and used a few towels to keep warm while sleeping. Don’t think I slept at all.

Friendly staff. NO PARKING. Lots of steps to climb.

The hotel was convenient for the ferry from Ireland. It was clean and comfortable, very reasonably priced and the staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Nothing

Newly refurbished with a good bed and pillows. Centrally located but surprisingly quiet. I had no idea where to have a meal. I didn’t see anything being served in the pub, although it may have just been because it was a Tuesday? A list of local restaurants and options would have been helpful. Also, there was a Smart TV but no instructions on how to use it.

The location was excellent Stairs to room roughly 46 me and my husband are both disabled myself i am partially sighted, my husband has heart problems,he also kept getting called a lady which annoyed him ,the shower had no pressure which we did report to janet who then called myself and my husband ladies which annoyed my husband,he is slight of build due to him having cancer as a boy we stayed in room 5 it would've been better if they had a porter or someone to offer to carry your bags up all the stairs it was a struggle for myself and my husband but all in the staff were pleasant and the hotel was lovely

A perfect overnight stay before catching the ferry. Excellent value. The owners, Janet and Derek, were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, as were all the staff. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Dinner was one of the nicest meals we've eaten out for a while with great veggie options. There was nothing we didn't like. There's no breakfast, so on our next trip we'll bring something to keep us going.

A little noisy on a summer evening with the windows open.
-
Low water pressure in shower.
-
The room and the bed were very comfortable and spotlessly clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly. The hot water pressure was weak.

Fantastic Hotel in centre of town. Spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Due to its location, there is no hotel parking available but there is off street parking close by.
