Very wide selection for breakfast. Entire lobby and breakfast room air conditioned. Close to tram network. Nice view from the rooms. Maid was not readily available when I reqested her.

Centrally located. Close to many Sightseeing locations. Good facilities. Good staff Room a little small but not uncomfortable

Wanted to check out around 11:45, needed to go to the room 11:30...room cleaning service was close to finish cleaning for next guests.

No private parking as it is advertised. Extremely dirty parking around the corner that they told us it was safe but it had open gates all night. Extremely expensive. For 6 hours we paid 20 eur.

For me, this was the best level of service I have ever experienced in Europe. The hotel was almost the only one in Strasbourg that agreed to receive my parcel, and they even offered to forward it to another location because DHL delivered it after I had already checked out. The hotel did not ask me for any additional payment for this, even though the parcel was stored at the hotel for more than two weeks. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and answered all my questions—both by email and during my stay. The room itself was very well designed, with distinct zones and amenities I hardly ever see in European hotels. For example: a small fridge, a separate hair conditioner (in addition to shampoo and shower gel with a very pleasant scent), hand cream next to the soap, and a coffee machine. And the hotel is in a great central location. I didn’t need to use public transport to get anywhere. Overall, it was the best hotel experience I’ve had anywhere in the EU.

Location was great. Just 10 min walk to the christmas markets but far enough from all the crowded streets. Near some good restaurants and just in front of a mall which was very convenient. Rooms were nice and confortable. Breakfast was good. We had 3 rooms and they located us all next to each other which was great. I loved that they gave us a welcome gift (traditional cookies from the region) and maps and tips to visit the Christmas markets. Elevators were so hard to get. There’s only 2 elevators for the entire hotel and are not enough. We had to wait a lot of time to be able to get to the lobby. Its great that the hotel offers laundry and dryer machines but there’s only one small washer so we had to wait a lot for it to be available. Be careful with check out time. In Booking it said 12 but at the hotel they say 11am so it is important that the hotel provides correct info to booking.

Beautiful view on the Cathedral and the location. Close to everything. The kindness of the staff. Nothing.

Amazing place Nothing

Best location, walkable to all the landmarks, no need to take any transportation, 3 mins walk from flixbus station, there is a very nice mall on front of the hotel. The staff were super friendly, we arrived very early at 4:30 am, they welcomed us and they were very nice and did their best to have our room the earliest. The rooms are super clean with perfect view and super relaxing, having all the needed facilities even if speakers and coffee machine. They have safe lockers for keeping our luggage. Nothing everything was perfect and exeptional

Good walking distance to main tourist spots Room was too small, no room to open the suitcase and no windows to open to change the air. Room was too smelly and needed airflow to remove the smell but could not open any window. In addition, there was building right next to my window- has no privacy. Breakfast was too poor quality.

Room is spacious and the design for bathroom is convenient. We have no problem with noise, very quiet during anytime of the day. Lift was available all the time and we never have to wait. Location was great. Reception was very nice. On second day, we came back to the room at around 3pm and it was not clean at all, cleaners then gave us now towel. We did not leave the room after that so no need for them to clean anymore but I have expected it to be done sooner, at least before 3pm. Room was not thoroughly cleaned for third night, towel was not changed.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, great shower, good location. Like the pool and ping pong tables. Washing machines for guests is an awesome idea you don’t see enough. Need water machine in the gym. Best to email guests where the parking is as it’s awkward to find (cinema a 5 min walk away). Not crazy about how they do the breakfast, but we did not even try it to be honest.

It was a lovely luxurious stay and I loved Strasbourg ?❤️
