Absolutely gorgeous hotel!! Luxury and history seamless merged. Our room was in the annex building which at first I was nervous about but the room was huge and beautiful! King size bed which is a treat in Europe and gorgeous bathroom/artwork/furnishings Nothing… it was perfect

It would be nice if they could provide a small fridge inside the room to keep water and cold beverages.

No elevator so try to have light bags to get to the stairs.

Good size of the room, the decor, ambiance, great selection for breakfast The only thing for light sleepers - the top floor room(s) are under the roof with what looks like original beams. They are creaking from time to time

A beautiful renovated building with a great atmosphere. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the park, and a bus station is right across the hotel. Staff is very pleasant, they were helping with all the additional request and instantly available.

I was given a room right at the entrance, in front of the reception and next to the bar. The room’s window was literally in front of the bus stop in front of the hotel. It clearly did not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel. Noise all day long because of people coming in and out. Noise from the bar until 11 pm at night. I asked for another room, at least for the second night of my stay, but I was told that was not possible. Clearly unsatisfactory.
