Great area, easy access to tram. Comfortable beds & spacious room/bathroom. Staff were exceptional in helping myself with phone issues and my friend with lost property.

Good Location , comfortable , helpful staff. A/C , minibar and kettle did not work properly. The staff kindly replaced the minibar for me when I requested.

The size of the room, the water glass bottle in the room and the fact that you could signal that you didn't want to have the room cleaned that day, the tv and the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was good. The general aspect of the room, the carpet, the lack of plugs in the bathroom. It had an old tired feeling and for the price you pay not sure it's worth it.

Excellent location close to the city center, in a very quiet area since it’s not on a main road. I was in Strasbourg for business and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. I arrived early and the staff kindly kept my luggage until the room was ready. The room was actually ready earlier than expected, just after midday. The room was large and spacious, with big windows that open and it was spotlessly clean. The only small improvement would be to have a bit more lighting in the room. Free water (sparkling or still) was available from the cooler. Breakfast offered a wide variety. The staff were excellent, polite, helpful, willing to assist and always smiling, both at reception and throughout the rest of the hotel.

Perfect location in the city center and excellent breakfast with a view from the roof. Also, own parking spots for a fair price. The rooms feel a bit dated; there are stains on the carpet and some panels are loose.
