Loved the sound isolation of the room. Even though it was completely central, you couldn't hear a thing at night.

The staff was very helpful under unforeseeable circumstances! My train got cancelled and I ended up in Strasbourg around midnight instead of Paris. I booked the hotel last minute, and the staff arranged quickly a room. I received the invoice per mail on the next day to send a reimbursement request. The room in itself was clean and comfortable.

Location, comfortable bed. Room was very small and felt cramped. We weren't able to get complete darkness as there. wer⁸e too many electronic lights that we had to cover with towels.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, air-conditioning, good breakfast and perfect location for trains and sightseeing. Lack of a bar and room could have done with a fridge to keep water cool during hot days. Room was quite small but not an issue for a solo traveller.

Excellent location for enjoying Strasbourg. No lift to our room and no exterior windows to enjoy daylight. The only windows were onto a hallway with people walking past. Very unlucky with our room allocation.

Coffee and water in the lobby Smell in the room was awful, really annoying, not sure if toxic coming from the bath. It was reported and the receptionist was not kind or helpful, it seems to be a known issue.

Room, location, breakfast and shower were amazing! Very clean hotel, it has free coffee, tea, and water. My room had a lovely balcony. Hair dryer could be better! Could also have an iron.
