Easy access with the tram. Toilet flushed poorly, sometimes needed multiple attempts. Didn’t get the room cleaned after putting up the sign.

Central position, good value clean sheets Parking was not available (full) although stated when booked. Reception generally not manned. Unhelpful receptionist at check in.

staff pleasant and quick check in and out. Nice breakfast. bed was uncomfortable! The hotel is near town centre attractions but the surrounding bars and cafe's are hang outs for dodgy characters which make for an uneasy time going in and out of the hotel.

Proximity to central Strasbourg, Breakfast was good. Appeared to be only three parking spaces. A difficult location to drive to and a long way to the nearest car park.

location The elevator was broken and I had to carry the suitcases up the stairs to the second floor where the room was. No one from the staff offered to help. The room had a bad smell coming from the toilet. Throughout our stay, from early in the morning there was a very loud and annoying noise (drills, hammers, etc.) from work being done on the upper floors. Overall, a negative experience for renting at such a price.

The location was excellent for getting to know the city and also near the train station. Nice and simple room and bathroom, clean as well. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge and a kettle in the room. Besides that, the hotel was going through some renovations, which was not clarified when we made the reservation. This did not bother us since we went out early in the morning and came back late, but the last day we had to go down 6 flights of stairs (we had to catch our train) with our luggage since they were working outside our room and the elevator was not working at the moment.

It was very close to the old town, rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. There was renovations between 08:30-18:00. Was sometimes noisy especially when they used drill.
