Friendly staff. Nice location. Lovely quality breakfast. Comfortable bed. Would have liked a second chair as it is a double room! Would have been nice to have Litter bin in the room. Shower gel not filled up. Was sufficient for 8 showers. I did ask for it to be filled, it never got filled up.

Comfortable, clean room with air conditioning and helpful staff, within easy walking distance of the city centre. The hotel was very difficult to find especially while driving in the dark. We didn’t realise that there are four different Ibis hotels in Strasbourg and directions to ours were very poor. A dropped pin map would have been better. The mattress was comfortable but only after we removed the plastic protector.

Great location few minutes walk from the train station and just off the old town. Plenty of restaurants, bars and local attractions all within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lift, aircon and daily housekeeping are a plus. Will stay here again when we next visit.9 The room and the bathroom are quiet small. A kettle , small supply of coffee/tea and a fridge will be nice.
