Aparthotel Adagio London Stratford

Location is great. Staff very helpful. Very clean. I found the bed a little hard but they gave me a topper and extra duvet to make it more comfortable.

I like the location. Close to everything. I also like the cleanliness. They have everything that one need for a full kitchen. They did not consider us for early check-in even though requesr was made at point of booking. We arrived around 8am but didn't check in until 2pm. Though they allowed us to store our luggage in their luggage room until check in time.

A brand-new, modern hotel where everything felt sleek and polished. Our room was quiet and very clean. Excellent transport connections in multiple directions. I would stay here again. A whole week without cleaning felt a bit long, and dust and dirt built up in the room. The bed was also slightly too firm.

Location close to Olympic Stadium, staff extremely friendly - amazingly nice with kids. Nice, spacious room with a view.

We were very happy. The receptionist was very kind and gave us a room on 10th floor with citiview, we just kept curtains open all the time because views were amazing, especially at night. Everyone treated us well, I appreciate all staff for their work. Good idea to have juices and coffee machine available all the time and FREE. We didn't have british coins to operate laundry machines and I wasn't ready to change few Euros just to have laundry done. I'd suggest cashless solution, if possible.

BED WAS A SOFA BED AND ALSO WAS VERY LOW. TOILET COMMODE WAS IN A CRAMPED PLACE. IRON BOARD WAS IN A BAD STATE AND IRON WASN'T WORKING WELL, CONSTANTLY DRIPPING WATER.

I stayed here one night. It was a late booking so there was a discount. Normally I would not have been able to afford it. And it was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Totally recommend. So nice you could live there.

I like the location because it is very close to train station, bus stops and the Westfield mall. Cleaning of room is scheduled for 8 days or so which is too far apart. I stayed 5 nights and my room was not cleaned once. Cleaning of room should be done every two days and towels should be changed also at no additional price.

Great location for my preferences. Allows me to avoid using bad tube lines and mostly choose Elizabeth line. Clean hotel, modern, nice breakfast, gym and lovely staff. Really good value for London. The shower pressure gets a 6/10. The shower gel isn't amazing. Bring your own soap and shampoo if you're at all fussy.

Location, mostly friendly staff For the price, there should be more cleaning days on offer & bathroom sheets & toiletries refreshed at the maximum every 3days. You can give more value for the money you charge. I applaud the male staff for their attitude and customer service! I had a long stay & i had to adapt to going for help only when they were on duty.

Clean and spacious

Everything was perfect.

The manager went above and beyond to help us and welcome myself and my students!!! There were 6 rooms booked and he tried to get them all close together!!! Another example of how wonderful the manager was is the fact that it typically takes us weeks, even months, to get an invoice from the hotel. Mr. Swapon Das immediately sent what we needed!!!!! The hotel itself is clean, incredibly central and convenient, safe, with thoughtful touches and all the facilities worked brilliantly!!! We will absolutely stay here again!!!!!!
