Fridge was broken, AC was broken, lights were broken, Staff refused to fix the issues for three whole days after which I left Hamilton Inn for somewhere else. They refused to refund me the difference of what I paid even though they acknowledged that they basically scammed me. DO NOT COME HERE!

The shower was awesome and the room was clean very piece full

The bathroom fan worked fine at first, but soon after, it made a grinding sound. The bathroom mirror had a warm glow, which worked well during the night, but was too dim for grooming in the morning. Both of our beds were comfortable, and we had a choice of pillows to suit our preferences. We liked the cheery walls and main room. There were no hangers and only 3 hooks for clothes, but we made do for only an overnight. The owner readily assisted us with the TV, and explained the complicated shower.

If you are looking for a clean place to sleep. This is just right.

Slept on bed spread which also had stains. No amenities to speak of. Staff friendly. The property is old and overall maintenance seemed poor. I help run an Airbnb and would never allow a guest to stay in a place in this condition. For the price it's outrageous. Sorry, I think they're doing the best they can but don't have the resources to invest in the business IMO.

Clean room, nice breakfast. Convenient to highway and easy to get to downtown Waterville. Staff was very friendly.
-
Right off the highway, cheap. We needed a cheap stay - no complaints

I liked how it was pretty quiet and there was stores that we could walk to, that was convienent. The staff walked into our room without knocking, charged us more then what we had to pay, and tried having us leave before the set time we were supposed to.

Great place to stay and the Patel family are wonderful people. I'd recommend this property to anyone. Really give star place to stay anytime if the year.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating The room was a little small for someone of my size being I'm 6'8" and over 300 lbs

The inn (really a motel) was quieter than expected. I slept surprisingly well. I liked the decor! It was basic but good for the price, and the host was friendly. I didn’t really mind this because staying with my husband but the bathroom door didn’t close. Somehow it was out of kilter with the doorframe. However, the shower was excellent!

The staff were very helpful and nice. Hotel condition was what I expected for a 2-star room

The location was very good for our purposes. Was one floor motel so could easily bring our bikes in for the evening and still had plenty of space in the room. Great shower, plenty of water pressure rain shower fixtures. Curtains were not easy to slide shut.

You get what you pay for.

My only complaint was that the listing stated breakfast was included and the breakfast area was closed up when we checked out at 8am.

We stay in Sturbridge often , it was our first time at this motel ,and we'd never go back..
-
very quiet and the beds were comfortable also the bathroom shower was very modern with led lights and sprays from different angles a little too close to the street but with the ac on no problem
-
The room was large and clean, bed comfortable, shower excellent, AC effective. Some street noise (my room was close to the street). Management might consider installing lamps next to the beds and providing plastic or paper cups in the bathroom. But overall, it's a convenient, comfortable place to stay, and I would certainly stop there again.

When booking Hotels said there was 24 hour desk when we arrive late we ended up waking the poor gentleman up to check in since the office was locked. For a one night stay it was fine. Clean enough.
