Location The room was so bad for example the pillow was so bad just I want to know how people sleep also the mattress was so bad

Very good rooms, enough space, silent, not too warm. Good beds. Rooftop terrace was not available due to private event. Disappointing as it was one of the reasons to select this hotel. Also a mistake was made with paying, this was corrected very fast afterwards.

Great location and good facilities. On exit leaving the hotel, people will eat along the staircase and leave their rubbish there. It’s unsightly.
