Friendly staff, clean rooms The A/c DOES NOT WORK! rooms do not get cold even after we switched to a different one.. the central air conditioning definitely has issues

The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. Location also great! The parking area also comfortable.

Requested room cleaning, the reception confirmed, it didn't happen, yet no apology and only blame.

The staff was friendly My room was very warm and the air-conditioning did not work at all, opening a window wasn't really an option unfortunately because my room was on the side where the busy road is. I also could hear my neighbour next to me snoring and the one above walking around. To have such bad noise insulation is a bit disappointing considering the price.

Very clean The space is too limited. It is difficult to move in the room. Shower is so small, you need to squeeze yourself to a corner to open the door

Brand new, good location, very nice staff.

The hotel had one job - let people have a good night sleep but they played music in everyone's room at 6:30am through the wall speakers. Next day the staff did not even proactively address this mistake. Will never go there again.

Rooms were fine Booked room for 2 people and only got 1 tea bag, 1 milk and 1 water, told reception and still only got 1 even though checked the booking and confirmed it was booked for 2 people.

Have stayed before, good location, clean, quality rooms and hotel, secure parking. Reception and bar area feels a little dated from when I last stayed (although that was way back in 2019)
