Breakfast a bit pricy.

The hotel is great. It is very clean, the location is top notch! Unfortunately, one of the employees ruined our whole experience with her attitude. I did not catch her name but she was at the reception at noon on 19.08.2026. She charged us for late check out for 20 min!!Without any warning or a call!! We went to put our luggage in the car in the underground parking which by the way was way too expensive.If I knew we would be charged, I would have passed by the reception first!And it is not the 15 min but her whole attitude was unnacceptable of how she handled the matter..You have an upset customer front of you and instead of calming her down, you keep saying these are the rules and if I do not like it, next time to go in another country!!I am sorry but I never had this in any other hotel, even in Germany, and I have been many times to this beautiful country. I am sorry, but a note to the Management to the hotel: please be careful whom you employ as not every person is suitable to work with people.A great hotel otherwise but just for this rude employee, my whole day was ruined!!

cleanliness and location unfriendly staff and very stiff. no value for customer. reservation was made and paid on booking.com, with 3 kids, one only 6 months. we were obliged to take 2 rooms and had one booking reference with one payment made ahead of time. once on site, they said it was not necessary to book 2 rooms, but they did not proceed to change. still ok, but then instead of invoicing both rooms once, same as the already paid reservation, they considered it 2 separate bookings, as if my kids of 6 and 14 will have made the reservation separately. at check-out, they checked out only one room. Had we not requested an invoice, we wouldn't have noticed it. so we reminded them, that they have to check us out from the second room... Additionally, contrary to what is informed here, they do NOT have interconnected rooms.

Location was extremely good. Also Air Condition in the room was really essential because of the hear. Also the bathroom was big enough for 1 person A small fridge/empty minibar would have been great. The Standard of Customer Service was quite mediocre

Comfortable beds and being able to chose from different pillows was great. The location close to the station was very practical. I arrived earlier than 3pm. Check in was not possible which is fine. The guy at the front desk hesitated when I asked to leave my bags for the day and seemed annoyed by my request. My room was next to another room with 3 noisy kids which wasn’t the most enjoyable thing.

Location was great. Close to the train station. Next to a big mall. Family room was not very big.

It was a very cozy place and great locaon. The staff was very kind and helpful

It was very close to train station and malls! You’ll find everything you need within 5mins. Found a little cockroach in our room.

location was good , close to the main areas in the city and seems lively , staff was helpfull , room was clean and enough to live with 2 people no fridge in the room and tv is meaningless since its not a smart tv , i would not watch german news

Close to the U Bahn station, shopping center nearby, train station as well.
