The rooms were very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was not far from the center and there is a metro station right next to the hotel for those who would travel long distances. The pillows were very soft and they had extra pillows that were even softer. I had to stack 2 pillows on top of each other just to support my head as I slept. Other than that, the rooms were decent.

Decent breakfast, staff was nice and location was good. Reception was constantly empty and you had to chase an employee on the first floor. Cleaning was not done everyday, which was not clearly communicated. Parking did not have charger for electric car.

Location Warm , AC not working, pictures different than descriptions ( in 3 oersons room ; showed 2 beds 1 queen and another twin while the real 1 queen 1 sofa ) and no blanket provided only cover sheet. Staff did not understand our request, no phone yo call we have to go down , hand wash area collect water

Great hotel with nice amenities. Door is heavy, and if you try to close it gently, the lock won't lock, so you better to let it slam by itself.

This was my second visit to this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are hot and refreshing. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make a stay as great as possible. They are all friendly and helpful. The only thing that is not perfect is the fact that there are a lot of stairs to get from Budapester Platz to Wolframstrausse street.

The location was walking distance from the train station and transit was available 2 minutes from the front door. Staff helpful and friendly. Arrived too early for check in but no problem to leave bags. While the room was clean the carpet looked as though it could have done with a steam clean to remove marks.
