Hotel Hansa

Stadthotel in älterem Gebäude. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas abgewohnt, allerdings neu gemachte Bäder und top-bequeme Matratzen. Sehr reichhaltiges, frisches Frühstücksbuffet. Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich hier sehr. Freundliches Personal. Achtung im Sommer: keine Klima. Für Preis und Leistung gibt es hier nichts zu kritisieren.

Nice hotel is a good central location.

Perfect location, great value for money. No AC in the room. The room was 31 degrees celsius (during the heatwave). A fan was provided but it did not do much apart making a lot of noise.

The extra bed in the room for 3 was pretty uncomfortable. The bathroom was small. The description says that the reception is 24 hours, but we got there at 21:51, and it was empty. There was a sign to call a number, but we didn't get an answer back, only after the third person called did we get a password for a locker with our room key in it

It was very hot, there was no air conditioning, but they gave us thick winter blankets ?

The staff were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces, which made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, and the hotel offers fantastic value for money. Additionally, the room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. Everything was wonderful, so this is just a very minor detail: I had booked a queen bed, but the room actually had two twin beds pushed together. While it looked like a queen, the beds would slide apart slightly and leave a gap when moving around at night. It wasn't a big deal at all and didn't ruin the stay, but just a small thing to note!

Clean, pretty spacious The hotel itself is nice and well-located. However, we had a major issue with the smell of marijuana leaking into our room through the bathroom extractor fan/vents. It was very strong,. If you are sensitive to smoke, be aware that the ventilation system seems to share air between rooms

Very friendly staff, great location and nice breakfast The room was very small on 5th floor. Elevator is only going up to 4 floor so you need to climb two stairs.

Room was in the 5th floor but the elevator goes up to 4th floor. Even though there were availabilities in the lower floors we were given the 5th floor.

Easy, uncomplicated and fast check in.

The reception wasn't 24 hours after 10 p.m. you can't find no one in the hotel

No tea coffee facilities in room , only 1 key card per room , makes it difficult when u have 2 guests in a room . Location is 2 far from the centre . Its made to look closer on the app

The location was ideal for us, the breakfast was much better than I expected. You can see they’ve made an effort with the hotel giving it a refresh. The staff are lovely and really helpful. The walls are very thin and we were at the end of a corridor so the adjoining room or building was very loud. The cleaner in the corridor opening doors and cleaning equipment (hovering at 8.20am) was loud so that wasn’t great. The towels badly need replacing they were thin and old which wasn’t great. The security at night gave me concerns as anyone could just walk in with no controls into the hotel, the door up the stairs or into the corridors. Quite often no staff around later on the desk.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the room and excellent location. The price was very reasonable. No parking

The room was clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient and close to public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was a bit small and the sound insulation could be better. Also, more breakfast variety would be nice.

Unfortunately the room was so dirty. Especially the bathroom. And it smells like cigarettes
