I almost missed my flight because the parking garage system did not work. I couldn't get me car out of the garage and the hotel concierge could not fix the system.

The hotel had messed up with the room bookings. We were 4 friends in different rooms. In 1 room when we entered there was already someone checked in with his/her luggage. Extremely unprofessional experience. Similar booking for all 4 rooms, done on the same day but breakfast included for 3 and not for 1. Overpriced breakfast charge for the 1 room which was not included. Unclear why breakfast was included for 3 rooms and not for 1.

The location is good because it has a store in walking distance. We also like the receptionist at our departure as he actually smiled. The receptionist at out arrival did not make us feel welcome. We stayed as a family in a Superior room and as such expected the sofa bed to at least have a mattress, but it didn't. The sofa was simply pulled out and a sheet was out over it. As such, it was very hard and very uncomfortable, when caused my husband back pains and bad sleep. The pillows were also too small and very flat.
