The biggest advantage of the Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport is its unbeatable location. It's only a one- to two-minute walk from the airport terminal, making it an excellent choice for travellers with early morning flights or late arrivals. The hotel itself appeared modern, spacious and well presented, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout our interaction. When it became clear that the air conditioning wasn't functioning, they handled the situation very well and quickly arranged for us to be transferred to the nearby Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Messe & Congress. We also had a meal at the hotel, and the food was of a good standard. Unfortunately, during our stay the air conditioning in the hotel was not working, and the temperatures inside the building and rooms were extremely uncomfortable. As a result, we decided not to stay and accepted the hotel's offer to relocate us. While I appreciate that equipment failures can happen and commend the staff for how professionally they handled the situation, it did have a significant impact on our experience. Because we were transferred, I wasn't able to properly evaluate the room itself or many of the hotel's other facilities.

Location excellent for Trains and Airport. 1 min walk to either. Room was fine and facilities good. Air Conditioning useless. Weather was hot but the air con really could not cope was just like a fan. Other guests told us they were moving to another hotel it was so hot.

No air conditioning and no prior notification. We were staying at the hotel to prepare for a major business pitch and none of us had any sleep as the heat in the rooms overnight was unbearable.

The hotel was great location to the airport. Hotel room was nice and spacious The room was very warm, even with the air conditioning on, it made no difference to the temp. The layout of the bathroom was disappointing as the privacy glass between the bedroom and shower was very poor- you were able to see the person in the shower and the privacy between the toilet and bathroom was again poor. Need to change this as not ideal. The whole hotel was too warm, had to ask to sit outside at dinner as it was cooler outside than inside. The dinner menu was very expensive and had no alternative.
