Nice personal support Dirty bed linen, and terrible breakfast for hight price. For 30 euros for both you get only eggs, a lot of bread, and awful sausage, coffee not like from barista only from machine .. not healthy and not tasty breakfast

Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Somewhat lacking in amenities for the price I paid. You don’t get much for the price compare to other hotels. The restaurant food was so bland and depressing.

Reception was friendly and public areas were impressive Noisy corridors. Could hear doors often being banged closed from far down the corridors to bedroom and noise from the breakfast room. Breakfast was dreadful; cheap products as well as somethings being set out and gone stale before guests arrived, stale bread, greasy congealed eggs and bacon, warm juices, tasteless yogurt- we arrived as soon as the doors opened for breakfast so there are no excuses for poor food. Service in the breakfast room was unfriendly and staff disinterested in customer comfort

overall appearance of hotel good large room with nice seating total lack of any information. no timing of dinner or breakfast. no telephone number for reception no menu complete lack of any communication whatsoever. reported poor toilet flushing at 1600 engineer arrived at 2200!!

Lovely old hotel with a beautiful vista out over the bay. Super friendly staff and an easy walk down to the port with many lovely restaurants to choose from Room wasn’t super clean - gritty floor and missed corners under the sink. Car parking was limited. Hotel a little tired but still lovely

Nice pool at the rear, staff very friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean and large. Tricky parking, but then it was the peak week in August. So normally maynot be a problem.

This is not a 4 stars hotel. No services, some rooms are really small. A night in this hotel for almost 200€ is just a joke Room, services, location and price. Very bad hotel.

Exceptionally clean and rooms tidied daily. Modern & suitable for families of all ages. Ideal location to the beach, shops and amenities. Spacious bedrooms. Would highly recommend xx food excellent with plenty of choice and accommodated child who’s vegan. Staff friendly and understanding of our needs. Thank you to Martha who ensured our nephew had plenty to eat during evening meals. I wouldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like however as a suggestion would have been useful to have a games room for the children & teenagers. Pool table.. handy when weather poor.
