The location was superb and the staff very friendly. Room clean and tidy and great location for taking our dogs to beach. 2 small grumbles 1) The water in the shower wouldn’t go above Luke warm 2) The breakfast selection was very limited and hot food not replenished once it was gone.

Seaside location. A restaurant. View of the sea from a balcony. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Could have a lovely walk along the sea front to the river. All good.

Great location, two minutes from the beach. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We got a free upgrade on our room, with an outside terrace, bath and an awesome shower. Fabulous breakfast with plenty of choice. Nothing.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The location was great and so was the included breakfast. It was a great hotel. The lift door was pretty noisy as it closed as my room was right next to it but that's just one of those things I think.

Minor things, but our bathroom door didn't work properly, and the shower spread water all over the bathroom if you stayed a bit longer
