Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and very light. Nice that there was a fridge. Bathroom was big and clean. Easy street parking. Short walk to a lovely beach and lots of restaurants. Room overlooked the road and during the night there were lots of loud party people outside. The tiny swimming pool was green...

Close to the beach & small town breakfast was very good ? Had a van and local parking was not that good

It was clean, staff were very helpful. Hotel in a good location close to parking and bars with good food. Quick access to the beach. The hotel room was older and could do with some renovation, the furniture was a bit worn, the toilet flush was acting strangely :) Despite that, for our 3 day stay it met expectations.

Stylish decor. Fantastic location and 3 minute walk from a stunning sandy beach and lots of restaurants Very clean and a nice pool ( not many hotels have pools here). Pet friendly. Ideally supply a fan as standard . But they supplied a fan on request. Theres no air con but a fan and window open is ok. Aircon is bad for the environment and not really needed so I was happy with a fan for the warmer nights.

Nice clean room. Hotel in a good location in Suances, close to the beaches. Very nice staff. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Dinner was a big portion, we had a hard time eating it. The hotel was fully occupied by children, first a junior football camp and then teenagers. In both cases, they were quite noisy. If the hotel wants to offer accommodation for children's tours, then let it not offer rooms for classic accommodation.

The room was beautiful, well decorated. Good bed Breakfast was poor, party of visitors had cleared the meat and cheese. Finding the hotel was difficult, my SatNav could not locate or google maps on my phone. Put on 4th floor with our dog, furthest possible room away from entry. Parking was charged despite booking because free parking stated

Fantastic location and proximity to the beach, good restaurants nearby. Very clean and contemporary interior compared to many other hotels/hostels in the North. Lovely staff and great breakfast, relaxed atmosphere and light, spacious rooms.

All Central heating was set at 8 pm. It was cold and rainy outside.

Lovely hotel very near the beach. Trendy rooms good bathroom facilities and very clean. Breakfast excellent and plenty of nearby parking Dinner wa s included in the price which was good value but at the sister hotel up the road and it was raining. However it looked like our hotel had full facilities in summer. Dog friendly at no charge

Stayed for one night including dinner & breakfast.. Perfect hotel as travelling with large dog. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
