The host was very friendly and welcoming and great breakfast and the location is great. A bonus for us was parking as we have a 6mtr van but there was ample room. On our stay there appeared to be a family party taking place and they were singing and shouting up untill around 5:30 am but it's Spain and I guess it's the culture so we rolled with it .

Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect position for access to the local restaurants and bars. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The facilities were perfect.

It was clean. The cleaning staff were nice. The staff tried to be helpful, they moved our room when we complained about the noise from the bars at night and the room we ended up with at the back of the hotel was more protected from the noise. It was situated next to the main car park of the village and opposite 3 bar/restaurants. It’s effectively set inside a car park. The views from the rooms were awful. The noise at night from the people drinking at the bars was really bad on Tuesday, worse on Wednesday and still loud on Thursday. I was woken up at 4am on Wednesday morning by singing from the bars. It stopped at 5.30am. I felt the hotel mis sold itself with lots of detailed pictures of the clean and new rooms and tightly framed shots of the outside gazebo which failed to show the reality of the hotel… which is that it is set in a Car park. I felt the photos of the triple room… even shown above this review… implies it has a mezzanine floor… we ordered two triple rooms… ended up sleeping in three… none had mezzanines and were merely double rooms. No bigger than a double. They asked us to pay upfront at check in, I was surprised but did it and now I know why. I tried to get a refund after the first night but this was politely refused. And the gentleman at the front desk at least kindly helped us move one of our rooms. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone does so. The location is suitable for a youth hostel not a hotel. I would still like a refund, the hotel totally does not live up to the expectations presented in their marketing photos.

Lovely staff; good breakfast with strong coffee; big, comfortable bed in the spacious double room; free parking with Playa de la Concha across the road and Los Locos a short walk away (great beach with awesome clifftop bar/restaurant). Oh, and they're also pet-friendly! ?

Perfect overnight stay. Close to the beach and town; the shower was great; and Tamara was delightful. We even got water and apples on our departure.....a lovely touch. Thanks very much. Nothing.

Excellent venue

Great location, quiet, clean

When we first arrived and were shown to the chalets at the rear of the property we were a little unsure of how things would work out, however once the room warmed up it really became a warm and comfortable little haven. An additional bonus was the La Cala pizzeria just five minutes walk away and serving excellent pizzas at a good price, (our veggie one was 11 euros and was ample to share). Another bonus is that the beach is very close by and we parked in the centre of Suances and enjoyed a pleasant walk and meal there. There was initially some confusion over check in times, however that was resolved and the young woman checking us in was very welcoming
