The front desk was helpful and the hotel was clean upon entry. Our room smelled musty and it was very humid even with the air conditioning. The smell of the room and humidity was distracting.

The 50.00 deposit needs to be disclosed at booking. Also the maid didn't clean the shower before we checked in. The dirty shower.

At arrival there was the plastic part that you take off a razor for women, in the tubs drain but the tub didn't appear to be dirty,and the plastic seemed to be new so my friend just removed it with gloves. That was a reason I gave 4 stars and it is pet friendly so on our last day there was someone with a dog in pool. Good thing we were already out. I'm not sure if that's acceptable or not but who wants to get in pool if they see a dog? Other than that the place is clean, and i especially loved how friendly everyone was. We sat at pool, someone started barbecuing, we played music on our phone and little girl and her mom started singing along, and now my daughter has a new friend who was up next morning for check out waiting for us so she can give another hug. Breakfast is served every morning. I plan on going back. I'm a huge fan of clean bathrooms and besides that one thing which would of been a no stay for me except everything else was good so we stayed. I would recommend the housekeeper double check thoroughly before leaving because I don't understand how that plastic got there without being dirty or anything but it definitely should of been removed.

I would suggest to keep fresh hot coffee available most of the morning. It was 9:30 am and there was no more coffee left :( Other than that…great place to stay!

Conveniently located for our travel and next door to the doubletree which had a great bar and restaurant Shower had some mold in corners. Could have been scrubbed down more

Everything one of the best hotels I have stayed in ..in a long time! It was clean, good size, great amenities overall great! The pool was not so clean but wasn't horrible
