Animation team was incredibly happy and fun Clean rooms Good facilities Big pools Good drinks, big glasses for beer Big efforts made by staff for food servings, plenty of it and tasty Parking was quite far, the assumption was from start that we will pay for the closer one Pools, including the kids water play could be warmer Tips boxes everywhere, little to much for my taste Animation team could be a just a little less intrusive, they tried maybe to much to convince to join activities

Very pleasant hotel, comfy, nice staff, food was amazing

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff where very friendly and helpful and the all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner options were something we really enjoyed. It was nice to see that every day had a different theme with variety of food which added value to our stay. Only one bottle of water was given per room per stay.

An excellent place, very well organized, polite stuff, the food was amazing. and great location.

The food was excellent, the drinks were very good because the all-inclusive package is actually ultra all-inclusive. The evenings are lively (they have an entertainment team), everything was very cool even for the end of September. They have a heated indoor pool where the rules are strictly enforced (there were children jumping into the water and every time someone told them they weren't allowed to and those who didn't comply were kicked out - often when someone jumped into the pool, everyone ran away from that area because it's not very comfortable to get splashed with water, especially for ladies). Overall, we had a very nice experience. I can honestly say that the food is great, very diverse, and the cakes were very good. When I want to go back to Sunny Beach, this will be my first choice. Very satisfied! I highly recommend it! P.S.: Everyone I was with shares these opinions! -

The room was big with a huge balcony, the food was diverse and really good. It has an indoor heated pool, good for windy days. The lady that cleaned our room was so nice. Also the location is so close to Nessebar and lots of shops and restaurants and is 50 m away from the street minicars. It has private secured parking and the beach is sandy and plenty of sunbeds Our room was facing the street and you can hear loud music and karaoke from the pub right next to the hotel until late in the night, 1pm.

Even if the package is "ultra all inclusive", it feels like you are bothering the stuff with your requests. Related to food: If you want grilled meat, you need to pay extra. Yes, there is a lot of food, but there are stew, which doesn't look so good. For example, in the greek food night, the only fish based product was scallops. The frosting from cupcakes and cakes was tasteless. Related to beverages: The "cocktails" (if you can call them cocktails") are basically very very sweet already mixed drinks in really small cups. The coke is basically still colored water. ??? I asked for an ice latte and they said is not on the menu. Then I asked for a normal latte, some ice cubes and I created my own. Related to the room: I specifically asked for a room with full-size bed and they sent me a message one day before the arrival saying that if one room will not be available with full-size bed, they will put 2 beds together and add an extra mattress on top not to feel the difference. We received a room with 2 beds which where pushed together and which, over the night, the mattresses were moving away from each other creating a space between them. Our room was in the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Also, you can hear clearly the TV from other rooms. The walls have 0 soundproofing. In the indoor pool room there was no ventilation system or a faulty one and the chlorine smell was really strong. The so-called "high speed internet" was disconnecting every 10 minutes... The staff was not friendly and polite at all. If you are asking for a large water glass, they are saying: it's hotel policy to serve water only in small glasses. List can continue even if we spent there only 2 nights Probabily the 5 stars reviews are due to the fact that at check-out they offered a business card on which is specified that if you offer a good review on booking.com you can win a free all-inclusive week at their hotel for next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The food was always fresh and very diverse, with plenty of options at every meal. Drinks and snacks were available all day long, so nobody could ever go hungry. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, which was perfect. The reception staff was very fast and professional, and also extremely helpful with parking and luggage. Everything felt like true full service. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like everything met or even exceeded our expectations.

Location/ Parking was too far and not convenient to get to with little Kids

Close to the summer techno festivals area and if there is a party it is quite noisy.

1. The food. Wonderful. From shrimps, octopus and sea food to poridge, vegetarian and baby food, everything was great. Compliments to the chef, especially for dinner. The variety, the presentation, taste, fantastic. Also, great staff at the bar. Not always understanding English but all the cocktails were decent and well executed, not diluted by a lot of water. Great coffee, too! 2. The staff. Always present, friendly, decent and modest, always paying attention. Alexandra, Dima, Eva, from the animation team...Well done! 3. The cleanliness. Room and towels cleaned/changed daily. 4. The surroundings. Close to Nessebar, easy to travel around by different busses for only 2 leva per person. Peacefull, bazaars and supermarkets very close. 5. The room. Modern, fresh and one of the biggest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The balcony was amazing (room 1613), extra large and the sea view was amazing. The bathroom was also very big but only soap was provided so bring your own toiletries. 6. The heated indoor pool. Fantastic for kids or chillier days. 7. Very close to the beach, fine sand, clean area. Sunbeds need to be paid for. 1. We arrived at 1.30 pm. The check in was at 3 pm but the staff at the reception told me I can have the room earlier for a 10 euro tip. If not, I could come back at 3. Didn t mind the tip but it was an unpleasant first impression. However, I did not judge the experience at the hotel by one member of staff eager to make an extra buck. 2. The pool area closed at 6 pm and the staff made sure everybody was out of the pool. I found this a bit annoying, as the sun was still up, the water still warm and plenty of time to enjoy the pool till sun set. 3. Not as a complaint but as a suggestion for the restaurant: some trays to help you carry your plates to the table would be great. It will reduce traffic and concourse during eating times, as we all have to go back and forth several times to bring food, water, etc to tables. Also, there were wonderful jams, nutella, several kinds of honey but nothing except plates and soup bowls to serve them on. Maybe some of those little jam bowls or little plastic containers where you can fit 2-3 teaspoons of jam/honey would be a great idea. It was kind of hard to serve a teaspoon of honey from a dinner plate or a soup bowl.

Everything was amazing. From the staff to the events. As a first time solo travel I felt safe, always had something to do and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, right by the beach and many activities around the resort. The rooms are clean, comfortable and with a great view. In addition the food was excellent as well N/a

Excellent location, clean room, fantastic view from the balcony, delicious food, and the staff were incredible! I will definitely return for a longer stay!

Food was good, lot of choices at breakfast/lunch/dinner. However, we did not try a la carte dining. Horrible beverage quality, they don't even offer bottled water. Everything was on tap. Cocktail selection pretty much was : Sex on the beach, Campari orange. There was only one type of beer, on tap which was horrible too. Among the staff nobody smiles, they are not kind either. Majority doesn't even speak English.

I liked everything, the Hotel itself, the restaurant was amazing, The food was varied and very tasty! There's absolutely nothing that I didn't like!
