Location A/C not working. Facilities are not maintained. The restaurant looks like it's 90', breakfast was horrible.

The placement is perfect, see vue is amazing and the pool bar is really great with reasonable price and super friendly owner (not the same ad for the hotel) The hotel is not clean at all (almost do not feel safe....)!!! Rooms are hyper small, and the bathroom is just ridiculous.... overall, I think the hotel deserves not more than 1 star... and I'll not even comment on the breakfast with the ham that even a dog food looks better....

The Breakfast and cleanliness was upto standard as the many hotels with 3 stars I have been around the world at, Cuba, Mexico, Bulgaria, Crete Greece etc. All the rooms have exceptional views from the balconies, overlooking old Nesebar and the the beach at Cacao Beach, Sunny Beach. There was a free Billiards table to play for the kids, large And comfortable Lobby with couches for your relax and WiFi amusement. The beach is only 100-150 metres away. Overall this Hotel with the added friendly staff in Management and Marco at the front Desk. Exceeded my expectations and would definitely refer anyone on a lower budget with a 3 Star comfort need. Well I can't really think of anything that I could say for the value for the money I paid it was a great experience, however I didn't have much confidence in the pool so I didn't go in it. But I didn't have my pool tester so I can't say that it was dirty as they did put chlorine in it and also there were hardly any people using it, so it probably was good. So overall All was good.

the location close to the beach and the clubs is the single positive quality of this disaster of a hotel. the rooms were clean too in fairness, though if it wasnt for that i would have vacated early everything other than the location - no wifi in the rooms, the entire hotel smells of sewage and a toilet, hotel staff smoking in the hotel, dilapidated property. just go somewhere else if you can. the place is disgusting

The location is great, especially if you are looking to party on Cacao Beach The whole place stank of sewage. It was full of mosquitoes. There was only on air conditioning unit in a two flor apparent.
