Food

Room was nice and functional, bed comfortable, AC functioning. Food was OK, no haute cuisine, but everyone found something to eat. Sound isolation was good, with windows closed all outside noise was gone. One weird thing was that water was not offered with the meals, but I guess if you have juices, lemonades, beer and wine, not many people would opt for water. Maybe if we would've asked, we would've got it, but didn't bother :)

Some things in the hotel are a bit old and should be renovated.

The stuff is very nice. Clean place. Has parking place but is with payment. Nice entertainment program for kids. Good selection of cocktails at the bar. Aqua fountain in the kids pool is not working for a good amount of time, only for a couples of hours, even if the pool is full of kids. Really bad beverages at the brew machine.

How the shower faucet work, very hard to mix to a comfortable temperature.

The warm welcome from Liza at front office, and the help and understanding from Rossi with problem solving. The hotel is not advertised as a family hotel but is definitely a family hotel with a lot of kids. We asked at check-in if we could eventually get a room away from the noise but we were put right at the loudest spot facing the kids pool and over the kids club. We then complained about this to front office who said they could change our room immediately, but why not doing it in the first place? We were initially told the bigger pool was for adults but it was filled with kids splashing and shouting, which makes the area unusable if you want to just lean on a bed, swim or relax. Again, we reported this to the front office who told us it is a family hotel and that's how it is. Slow food at snack time, we had to line up and wait to manage to get a piece of pizza or other item. Food was supposedly served at 4pm but first batch arrived around 4.40pm and could only sustain a few guests. Items at the pool are served in disposable plastic plates and glasses that are then trashed out, not sustainable. Alcohol selection is of very poor quality. Very unfriendly staff at the restaurant, food is not good and cold. Restaurant was dirty with sausage on the floor with staff passing and not cleaning it up. Restaurant closes suddenly at 9pm for dinner and all items disappear, guests were piling food to take away. Room was dirty, not well cleant, with mould on the shower curtain, hair, water spreading all over the bathroom, poor equipment. Uncomfortable smell of toilet and sewage. Overall a horrible experience, poor value for money. We eventually could cancel our last 2 nights and only had to stay one night there. Online advertising is miles away from the chaos we encountered there.

Loved the location of the hotel and the staff were very warm, friendly and professional. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were all fine. My family loved it.

I reccomand Deserts could be better

Great potential, but unfortunately horible place and nobody from the staff seem to care. The rooms are very dirty, no cleaning, a lot of bugs, no changing for towels, bath accessories for a 10 days holiday. The staff does not speak any other language and you can’t communicate with them, the food is bad, the way to the beach is long and damaged.

- the food was ok (baked potatoes and tzatzikii sauce were great) - the pool of 1.35 m - 1.5 m not crowded, I was able to swim every day. - quite area, not in the middle of crowded shopping - sea and pool water were not cold - Very large free beach area and not crowded - the hotel is 10-15 minutes away from the beach 1. We advice the hotel to bring a strong improvement in the kids entertaiment area, only 30 minutes of dancing every night îs very little, compared with others hotels. Nothing else happened all dau long in respect of the kids entertaiment, the program from the reception was not followed. 2. They should build a new pool of 1,1 m depth for kids from 7-14 years old.

The hotel and the pool area was very clean, the staff at the reception upon arrival was great. The rooms are spacious. There could be more food choices. The elevator was too small.

A solid hotel, not far from the beach. Excellent value for money. There should be more than one elevator.

We stayed for one week all inclusively this july, we always found something to eat at the restaurant tho the variety didn't change much during the week. There was an ice cream buffet and the kids loved it. And the animation program for the kids was amazing, disco for the kids six nights a week, and much other things during the day ❤️? airco in the rooms was relatively good. Staff is very friendly. Location of the hotel is great, few minutes walk to beach and good restaurants nearby (I recommend checking La Flor for example), short and free bus ride to the action water park, and you can even buy the tickets straight from the hotel. All in all we enjoyed our week, easily recommended for families There were drinking glasses in our room but they didn't get changed any time during the week, also towels were changed maybe only once even we left them on the floor to be changed.

I liked that it is quite correct from many points of view, what is in its description you will find, including the distance to the beach is the correct one. There are no things I didn't like.
