It’s new comparing to other hotels around Paid parking

The location was good and the apartment was comfortable. Breakfast was decent but bad coffee with long queues. The spa is extremely small with people lining up and it isnt even main season yet and there is a 10 euro room service fee which for a “5 star hotel” is strange.

This is our third time at this property - we love the proximity to the beach and the overall comfort of the hotel. The rooms are specious and clean. The hotel has been always very clean. The restaurant is a great convenience for the days when we did not feel walking over to old town. The restaurant staff have been exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The kitchen seemed well run and the food very tasty and willing to accommodate our capricious occasional asks. We had breakfast included with our reservation - the breakfast buffet was full of options for all tastes and ages. If I had to make a recommendation - I would suggest that it is time to update their coffee machines in the restaurant used during breakfast - they kept breaking halfway through the morning and lucky for us there was a COSTA next door. Another observation (which I think was across the resorts and restaurants in town) was the fact that when you order an appetizer, salad and a main they tend to brink everything pretty much at the same time which was a bit annoying more than anything. Finally, the property has a very limited parking spaces, so we had to park our car few blocks away (about 10-minute walk). If I may suggest for the hotel perhaps to use the date of reservation as the deciding factor in allocating parking spots (at time of reservation, ask if traveling by car and if parking will be required and based on that allocate the spaces and not based on first-come-first serve).

Parking is not available to everyone

The waiter is not friendly and very arrogant. There is no parking place with the hotel even in work days. They just sent a very far away parking place and didn’t say any sorry words. Also the clothes drying rack is broken.

The hotel is close to the beach, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are really spacious and clean! It was our second time staying in Galeon Residence & Spa and we will definitely be back!

The only thing I could recommend is to have a microwave in the apartments.

The menu in the room as little confusing. Not too much information about phone contacts like room service and house keeping and reception. Anyway, you can guess the reception is on 0 or 9. I wanted to order coffee and fresh juice in the morning and the charge for room service was fixed - 15 leva no matter what you order. Bare in mind if you order just cup of coffee. :)

The location was great - next to transportation, near stores, away from the noise of the bigger resort and just a very short walk to the beach. The staff was really helpful and always available. The property was constantly cleaned - they were even cleaning the glass on the outdoor showers :) It is not a dislike necessarily but rather suggestion - the pool while very clean and nice is in need of some tile work - replace the missing tile (not just patch the gaps)

Close to Nessebar Old City, reachable by car in 5 min. This is not a 5 star residence. Staff is not friendly. Breakfast restaurant was dirty.

The hotel was very nice and even thought we paid for a studio, we stayed in an apartament. The water in the pool was very cold and because of the positioning of the hotel, the pool and the sunbeads get sunt only until 3pm.
