Everyone was nice, I didn't have any problems, personal was really nice, the room was nice, perfect for a family, You don't have WiFi in the room, that's all I can say bad

Overall clean. Friendly personal. Free parking. Games area available where you can play billiards ?, ping pong ?, desktop football ⚽. Two pools, never too crowded. The closest beach is very nice, with soft sand and clean water. The tile on the bathroom floor is loose and accumulates water, which gushes out from under the tile when you step on it. One of the two beds is uncomfortable to sleep on and squeaks on every move.

Location and the food were good. Pool area with bar with wide selection of drinks and snacks. Manager of the hotel was helpful and ready to solve any issue you have. * apartment located in the building next to the hotel, not in the hotel itself * bathroom extremely small * kitchen equipped only with plates, glasses and cutlery * foldable sofa bed not comfy at all * extra bed= air mattress * Wi-Fi not working properly

Location was good and close to the great beach and bus station but close to the noise road. Dinner was really good, tasty with various dishes. Nice pool. No air conditioner at reception and in restaurant. No wi-fi in rooms. Bad pillows. Staff is not so pleasant. Our requests mostly were not fulfilled. It is difficult to reach someone on reception. Our room was not cleaned during a week.

I liked the existance and functionality of the elevator. The staff was nice, they helped when we had problems. The pool was nice, clean, big enough and never overcrowded. The drinks were tasty. The room was fine for it's price, didn't had problems with that. The location is good for people that wanna have a close hotel near the beach, but it's pretty far from the center of Sunny Beach, so keep that in mind(you can take a bus to there though). Overall good quality-price, it's pretty cheap and what you get for the money you pay it's very good.I would recommend it The fact that I didn't had a proper place to park my car was unpleasant. When there are many people that are staying in the hotel, you may not have where to park your car. They only have like 10-ish parking spots, which in theory sounds like enough but wasn't the case. I had to constantly change the parking of my car because of that. But the staff will find a way to give you parking, so that's ok. The food was fine, maybe a little more expensive then it's quality but overall fine(talking about the one you buy at the pool bar, not about the breakfast, lunch and dinner they serve with their booking options)

It was clean and very comfortable beds. Not a huge choice for breakfast, but what there was, was good. It would have been nice to have real coffee instead of instant.

Friendly and helpful staff, went out of their way to help us regarding day to day activities. The weather nothing they could do about that and season hadn't kicked in yet.

The location was good, rooms are clean. Very nice food, expecially the desserts, the staff is nice? The bus stop just outside the hotel, so you can go anywhere you want. Beach is also near, 10 minutes to walk. A little bit cold room, but we was not on the season. Any way you can use the conditioner and warm it up.
