This year I brought my family to this Hotel after last year I came with a group of friends. Since I forgot to leave a comment last year, I will mention now 2 in 1 ?. Everything is perfect, from the room conditions (every element looks new and maintained) to the food which is great, fresh and pretty diverse for a small-medium sized hotel. The owners know how to keep their clients and are very respectful. The quality-price ratio of their offer is very good and most probably I will revisit this place! Thank you and keep up with the good work, St. Valentine Hotel!

Exceptional

The rooms were cleaned every day, and the towels were also changed every day. The staff was mostly nice but felt overworked. The quality of all-inclusive food & drinks was very low, and the food was insufficient for all the guests. It is advertised as a 3 star hotel, but we could not see those 3 stars

The room was clean, the staff members were friendly and the food was nice. -

First time in all inclusive and it exceeded our expectations. Would stay again but have been to Sunny Beach three times now and that’s enough. Not far to walk to beach but far enough away from hustle and bustle. Minor issues - shower door part missing no plug in sink in bathroom and only 4 single sockets. Not a problem for me as I take an extension lead.

The hotel has spacious rooms, we had a double bed, a sofa and a baby bed and we still had enough space to walk around, use the kitchen etc. The room had alot of storage space and a small safe as well. The bathroom was nice, with hairdrier and enclosed showering space (which is very useful so you don't splash water everywhere). Also, from what we saw the rooms have pretty big balconies with coffe tables, ours was pretty big too. The air conditioner was in working order and the big smart tv was a nice touch. The hotel has a small pool with sunbeds and a small children pool as well. If you don't want to go to the beach or it is too windy, you can spend some time there. They also have a market near the pool. What we liked: -family friendly hotel, we saw many families with children. -close to the beach and the amusement park, not more than 5-10 minutes of walking to get to the public beach; -close to supermarker (LIDL) and farmacies (if you need them); -pool bar opened almost all day where you can get sodas, beer or some cocktails. We were also offered pizza and ice cream between meals; -The food from all inclusive was great, with some variety as well, we tried alot of the deserts and the coffee is good. We were pleased that although they serve both all inclusive and outside clients, it was never too crowded, there were always tables available outside or inside when we wanted to eat. They also have a space for kids to play with some toys. Overall we had a very good experience, we booked this hotel because it was close to the beach and it excedeed our expectations. The staff seemed friendly and hard working, we will definetly consider returning for the next vacantion. The parking situation could be a little better, but we found a free spot on the right street of the hotel and everything was ok.

Lovely quiet hotel. Super clean & modern, cleaners every day. Brilliant staff. All/INC covered help yourself breakfast, daytime pitza, & evening meal (always 3 choices and deserts) Sunbeds empty all day so nice peaceful POOL BAR 10AM-10PM ANY local drinks beers, spirits & soft drinks you wanted, ice cream and frozen slush most anytime. Not to far to main flower street only 2lev £1 on bus or 15mins walk. beach & bars 5-10 min walk. so outskirts but easy reach to everything. Most guests not UK INFACT many Locals came pay for eve meals. Defo recommend this place. slightly out from flower street and no entertainment but nice background music. Perfect for Couples wanting peace & quiet.

The hotel was really clean and staff was very helpful. The keys are difficult to use when leaving room as the light ges off.

Good various of breakfast and dinner. Location is very close to beach, great swimming pool. Cheap prices in the supermarket nearby. Just one person speaks English, neither the recepcionist. Some of our money lost from my wife's bag left in our room (cca 750 Leva) in HUF currency on Tuesday daytime. We asked cleaning for this day....

Close to beach The room was not clean at arrival and nobody cleaned it during the 5days stay. They did not even change the towels or bed sheets
