We made our choice without few hours. It was good discount. Room, food and bar were super! The manager is very friendly and open for communication. Most probably coming again. Additional appreciation for the ice-cream. Some staff needs to improve their English as they have lots of international guests.

When we arrived ar the check in we had a wonderful surprise, we received a room with seaview although we paid for a garden view. When we entered the room we found another surprise, a bottle of wine. Location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach, room was absolutely beautiful, personnel very polite and kind, cleaning service also wonderful. The food and drinks were not on our taste. It was our first all inclusive experience and the catering services made us not want to try this option on future vacations.

Close to beach Couple was sent to an old section of the hotel because quote "They should've confirmed the reservation". Which is not specified anywhere and not a policy mentioned by Booking.

It was clean staff were excellent but it closed 5 days before we were due to go home. We were transferred to another hotel by staff. No other visitors from the UK. Meal times were chaotic other nationalities pushing and shoving. They ran out of tea bags and wine on last day. Food was always cold.
