i think this should be a 5 star hotel. it is so big, even doing a walk inside the hotel feels great. wherever you go you see beautiful views. staff cleaning all the time. 5 pools for everyone. fun pools, quite pools. mmmmm, hard to find something that i did not like.

The hotel is very good maintained, the room is big and was clean every day. The food is good and different every day (breakfast is almost the same).

Excellent place, with a wonderful location. You don’t feel like you’re surrounded by lots of hotels. Excellent pools, good food. Very clean, with a nice area. Excellent and varied evening entertainment program for children. There are also various daytime activities for kids, but even without them there are enough pools and water slides to keep children entertained. For several hours there was no hot water. It is also important to check in advance whether the room has a bathtub or only a shower cabin. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Restaurant: varied dishes, themed days, information boards about the dishes (gluten, lactose...), non-stop dining options: restaurant, snack bar, bar around the pools; relaxed dress code: shirt or tie not expected; cleanliness everywhere in the hotel; room: well equipped; comfortable beds free time: organized programs, aqua park, playground, gym, lots of pools (including indoor)with plenty of sun umbrellas, deck chairs unfortunately our room was not soundproof

The hot water in the room didn't work and the staff didn't give me a solution. The next day there was a water problem in the hotel and we couldn't shower.

Kid entertaiment and splash pool 1. The beach was the worst ive seen. Boulders with algaes. Broken umbrellas and chairs. No food or drinks provided. 2 trip to beach with a bus with no air condition. 3. Our room supposed to be with poolview. And it was not 4. Room supposed to be with soundproof. That was not. You could hear people coming in and going out. Neighbours taking shower. Morning wakeup at 7.00 am beacause they were cutting the grass. 5. No minibar with some cold water and or some cans of juice. They claim 5star with all inclusive.service 6 jakuzi in the pools not working, also in the spa center 7. In the baths lights where not working properly. 8. Mould in the public bathrooms 9. In the morning the breakfast was not really fresh.

The resort and the water activities. 1. Misrepresentation of the room: The allocated room did not match the type selected during booking, despite confirmation from both the booking platform and the property. The quality and amenities were significantly lower than advertised. 2. Unrequested and inferior room type provided: We were assigned a different room than the one reserved, with obvious differences visible in the “Room Details” section of the listing. 3. Unsafe furnishings: The wardrobe is dangerously unstable, posing a safety risk, especially for children. 4. Missing listed amenities: - No hair dryer in the room - One non-functional television (no cable signal, no channels) - No free Wi-Fi as advertised; the only available network is password-protected, and no login was provided - No elevator in the builfig to facilitate easy acces to upper levels, as advertised and presented on site, leaflets in the compound and on the booking platforms 5. Unsanitary conditions: Kitchen items were dirty upon arrival and had clearly not been cleaned. Haven't been cleaned yet(7.07.2025) 6. Infestation: One of the rooms contained visible insects (spiders and ants) both on the floor and on curtains up to 1.5 meters high. 7. Lack of basic protective features: None of the rooms were fitted with mosquito screens on balcony doors.

Big room, clean, well equipped. Pleasant staff. Very clean resort, nice pools. Food was good. Much variety. The quality can be better. I'm more of good quality not good variety. Snack bar is 10/10. Kids outside playground is very small. Very very small for the number of kids around. Quite far from the beach and the beach is kind of low quality. Coffee... Terrible coffee. I dont think is even coffee. Maybe buy a good coffee maker and put 2lv price. The machine game room is very very expensive. 5lv for a token and most games end in 60 seconds. Rethink the game room.

One tiny thing was the staff had their bags checked by security every time they left and that area is just below the bar area and I am sure it's degrading for them to do this in front of guests

The hotel private beach is disappointing. Not well maintained, there are no food or drinks services there. The water line is rocky and is not accessible.
