Rose Village

(We were too early in the season for the pool)

The apartment was well-equipped and spacious with daily cleanings. The all inclusive catering was better than expected with lots of choice and the staff really did their best to make sure you have a nice stay. The pools were also nice with sunbeds all around them. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was basic but ok. Upon arrival we noticed instantly that the food was awful. Cold and not fresh and served terribly, very unhygienic. As the holiday progressed the staff were rude and not helpful at all, as it was the end of the season they did not have any facilities open and we’re very unwilling to help us. In the end they closed all the facilities so we couldn’t even eat the basic and stale food they were offering, the apartment had zero facilities for self catering EVEN though we had paid for an all inclusive experience. We ended up having to live off crisp out of the only shop near to the complex as nowhere was open to eat and the facilities in the hotel had closed a week before us leaving. We will be seeking a refund and submitting a complaint as we paid full price for an all inclusive holiday and got stale food, rude service, no amenities and couldn’t wait to get home. The all inclusive drinks had no options and the one day they made a fresh chicken, there was a dead fly in it. Thanks for ruining my one holiday of the year.

Relatively close to everything... Hygiene is exceptionally low especially in the restaurant, tables are never disinfected and if you are not first in the line for food, you are out of luck for it.

The pillows in the apartment and the location was good. Very close to the beach. The food was not fresh, the kitchen was not clean, most of the staff don t speak English, as for drinks only sprite was good, Coca Cola was almost water, Fanta the same as Cola, cocktails not good, no variety of food, breakfast the same every day, lunch same, dinner a little bit diverse from day to day but mostly fries and pasta and some fish. Speaking of fish my mother in law took food poisoning from fish… The sheets were not changed once in 5 days, there were free parking spots at the hotel but they told us there are no open spots and we had to pay 75lv to park the car for 5 days.

Little disturbing from another guests and stuff, friendly staff, fresh fruits in meals. bad room service, need to ask twice to give soap or clean towels; not so good canalization in shower, was problems with electricity, no english channels on TV Very bad food at meals, so drastic changing in comparison with 2023 year, when we also stayed in the hotel.

I did not like anything nor have access to the guests !!!!!!! First and foremost, they don't have parking, guests are sent 300 meters from the hotel to park their cars in an unsafe place.The hygiene in their kitchen is a disaster, the food is like pigs, the beds are uncomfortable, instead of me going to rest, now I have to go to rehab from their uncomfortable beds.The rooms and bathrooms do not have any insulation, you can hear everything IN ONE WORD, A BIG DISASTER.NO RECOMMENDATION FROM ME.

The food was bad, the bed and pillows uncomfortable and we also had ants in our room when we arrived.

The apartments are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent and varied. All the best to our family and I would recommend everyone to stay in your apartments.

The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us both The food was very good we eat everything the salad was excellent after reading some of the bad reviews I would rate Rose Village great value for the money we paid and will definitely be back ?

Swiming pool is perfect for kids. Good food

The apartment is spacious and clean. There are two swimming pools in the hotel complex. The choice of food is sufficient and fresh fruit is available with every meal. The best part of the whole stay are the staff who are nice and kind. Mostly a young team, but everyone is amazing. The sea is very close and there are several shops nearby. We enjoyed this vacation and will definitely come again to Rose Village.
