I came not for leisure, but on business. Overall, in terms of value for money, this hotel deserves a solid 9/10. Due to the general neglect of Sunny Beach, there is absolutely nothing to do there. The mattresses had hard, noticeable springs, so they should be replaced.

There are a lot of things to say but I don't know which one I should start ☺ hotel staff was so friendly and talkative. Room was smelling so nice and was so clean. Probably will be my favorite hotel in sunny beach. Hotel location was little bit far from my favorite bar but it's okay if you love to walk.

The woman in the reception was awesome! No shower curtain, toilet that didn’t flush, air condition dripping, waitresses unpleasant..

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a perfect place, the sea and the bazar was 2 minutes by walk. The breakfast was varied and delicious There were no wifi in the rooms.

Clean room. The food is tasty, varied, and at good price. Having breakfast included was very worth it, it was tasty and reduced our spending. I regret not having booked a stay with more meals included. The staff is helpful and polite. Would be nice to have mosquito nets and wifi in the rooms. We had spiders in the room, and there were a few of them also on the halls. Nothing much, but annoying for some
