Hotel Star

The personal. The replace of toilet cosumables. The breakfast. The hotel was clean. The 20% discount on the local restaurant. Free beech zone very close. The parking is very small, about 8 places, if you do not have a spot you are going to another parking at about 5 minutes walk. The towells where not chage durring our 8 days stay. The shhets where nit changed durring our 8 days stay. No cleannig with the mop in the room durring our 8 day stay. No free bad sun , it costs 9 leva per sun stay and 9 leva for the umbrella . No swimming pool as in pictures ....

Excellent location on the beach. Plenty of bars restaurants near by. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good view from our balcony. Breakfast could have been better.

The stuff was very nice, especially the receptionist lady, Aneta, she was very proactive and helpful, always smiled. The apartment was very big, each of the rooms had an AC, the apartment was cleaned each day, sheets and towels changed every second day. The breakfast was delicious.

We are coming to Star Hotel for 7 years, it's like our 2nd home. Everything is perfect, rooms are big, clean and with sea view. The reception team is great, they speak a very good English, always ready to satisfy client's requirements, very helpful. Breakfast is good, with fresh products, meats, fruits, vegetables, caffe, etc. The hotel is located right on the beach and all rooms have sea view. The beach is very clean and well manteined. You have lots of bars and restaurants around, even supermarket and pharmacy. Special thanks to our dear Anet from reception. See you next year! The hotel well deserves a 10 plus.

Great location as hotel is located on the beach (from other side hotel first step already on beach sand! And actually it was main reason, why we choosed it). Friendly stuff. Taxi transfers went smoothly (in time exactly as arranged + fast). Decent size room and air conditioning worked perfectly. Poor breakfast. Also they promote 20% discount for their restaurant (lunch and dinner) and actually it was applied in the beginning, but after couple days when we ordered more expensive assortment (beef, lamb, bottle of wine) waiter informed that for this range discount was not applied and this information is given not when ordering, but when you get a bill and ask the question about that. That was really not nice, so after that we just ate in other restaurants. WIFI could also work better.

The staff is amazing, the hotel location is perfect The hudge concentration of Idotea Balthica in the sea waters make difficult the swimming.

This is the 7 year when we spend our vacation at Star Hotel. Like every year before, everything was perfect: big and clean room with amazing sea view, good breakfast, very confortable beds, clean sheets and towels, air conditioning, wi -fi everything was perfect. Located right on the beach. Many thanks to Anet and Alex from the reception, both very professional, very good English speakers, anytime at the clients disposal. Highly reccomended hotel. We will come back next summer. Ioana

Breakfast was not so good Breakfast

This was our 3rd vacation in Star,and this says it all.Nothing i can add to my previous rewievs,except that now the loud music from the terraces stops around midnight,wich a great plus for those who want to get a good night sleep. Everything was great.

The hotel very clean. Anette, from the reception, is extremely careful to your needs. She is doing everything to solve your demands. She is there almost all the time, day&night, I don’t know really when she is sleeping! The owner of the hotel is present every day, he is ‘a working owner’. Hotel is on the beach, you just jump in the sea from your room:). The hotel has also a nice restaurant, with a good selection of seafood & meat grill selection. The hotel is offering a 15% discount to food & drinks, exception is on cocktails. Anette is speaking good English & German, the owner is good in French, communication was easy. All rooms has sea-view, but some of them are, unfortunately, facing the garbage area, where all restaurants around are deposing the daily garbage. It is not agreeable to use the balcon, so far you have this view in front of you. The staff in the restaurant works 20hrs, and are not prepared for there duties. It is chaos: you receive the hot meal, but not dishes, or plates:(. They are lost, but guests are nice, is vacation! You have to control the bill before to pay. I don’t know if it happened by intention, but every day the bill was wrong, in the advantage of the restaurant. If you polite claim the correction of the bill, you have the chance to become ‘person non ingrate’. Next days service was de deplorable, no staff coming to our table, the portion were half, dry, cold & we were really afraid to ask for something. We decided to eat in the next city, Nesebar, an architectural treasure, with lively restaurants, same prices, great service, friendly staff.

Its really great hotel with superb location, staff is great, hotel is clean and we really enjoyed it. (We were with motorcycle which was parked literaly in front od doors so staff can see it 0-24. So bikers if You search for hotel on sunny beach this is it. There was only 1 thing that should and can be better. Breakfast is same every day and not much choice. First day juices were totaly warm. Restourant in which breakfast is served has great food, really great, and if breakfast is offered and prepared as other food there this would be clear 10. (Guys that run hotel...make that breakfast better with more to choose, ppl are there more than 1 day, that little thing is pooring great work that you are doing in that hotel.

The View îs Nice on beach side room îs big and clean.breckfast îs ok. I would recomand them tot change te sink because when the neighbours are using the Water ar 6:00 a clock are making a lot of noise and are waking You up.its that noise that Water mankes when You use the sink but very powerful.and another think the cleaning stuff when are knocking in the dor they did not wait not even two seconds and i did not have time not even tot get down from the bed and get tot the dor and She entered into the room.that îs not normal.

Extremely friendly people work there. From our balcony we could see the beach and the market. Amazing placement Everything is a little bit old. But I couldn't complain. The hotel gives you the exact value of your money
