The only staff I interacted with was the surly person who checked me in. It seemed like I was an interruption to whatever he was doing in the office and, I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times during check in. I thought I was getting a decent price for a quick 1 night stay but the parking which, I had to pay with my phone at a kiosk rather than check in, was $27.00 for one night.

This place is noisy AF. We barely slept. Not and the staff was no help. We had partying guests next door who shouted and watched tv full blast until 2 AM.

Room was immaculate. All items provided was exactly what is needed. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and respectful. Entire hotel is extremely clean, neat and all in order.

Great location when traveling to the Silicon Valley region. 15 minutes from downtown San Jose and no more than 25 to Saratoga, Mountain View, Los Gatos and the beautiful sites in the foothills. About an hour to San Fran. 10 minutes to the 49ers stadium.
