It's a nice place for the money I'd stay again

I made a last-minute booking and arrived at the property around 4:00 PM after a long, exhausting drive. When I showed the man at the reception my booking confirmation on my phone app, my heart dropped. He told me not once, not twice, but three times that I was at the wrong Vagabond hotel. He literally looked at the correct address displayed right on my screen and said, "No, that's not the address here." I was so tired and on the other verge of walking out when he suddenly changed his tune and said he found my booking. At that point, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry from the travel exhaustion. Unfortunately, things only got worse when I got to Room 111. The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a horrible, garbage-like smell. After walking around trying to figure out where the odor was coming from, I went back to the reception to raise my concerns. The same man completely dismissed me. He claimed that all the rooms smell like that and refused to change my room. When I asked if housekeeping could help, he told me they all went home at 2:00 PM. I then asked for an air freshener just so I could spray the room myself, and he claimed he didn't have any. The front desk staff was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. I will never stay here again.

The only good thing about the stay was price. What did I not like. Communication between us as guest and owner. It was very hard understand the owner the hotel.

Got locked out of my room. With technology today, there should be no reason this continues to happen at motels like these.

It was ok. Not the cleanest.

this place isa horrible value...they charge a high price because they are in area of high demand so can get what the market will bear, but that does not make it a good value. It is rundown and dirty feeling.
