The staff at the front desk was great, are room was good, just what we needed, only negatives are the body towels are too small and have small stains and the only ice machine on property was broken, on a hot day. Other then that, nice staycation.

Pros: The Housekeeping Staff are very Polite & always assisting & providing Guests w/ all requested needs. Cons: 48 Hrs prior to my Check Out Day the Ceiling in the Bathroom Bathtub was leaking water from the Light Fixture when Guests upstairs took Showers. This was a Fire & Electrical hazard for me & the upstairs Guests that I left 1 Day early to avoid being electrocuted. I reported this to Front Staff. Also theres a Big Water Welp on the Ceiling by Wall that adjoins the main room.

room was worn out, could not fit wheelchair in the room. Beds were old. Bathroom had a soft spot in the floor and the pool was closed.

Disappointing

Nothing. The guy up stairs was digging the floor, the tolit ran over the water stuck on, the tolit seat was broke it pinched me hurt me. And the bed had mites so had to take meds. The bathroom and clean mops.

I booked the room for my elderly partially disabled clients. They are struggling to get perm housing but we are finally at the tail end of the housing struggle. They should be able to move in to something very soon. They had many complaints about the room. I ordered a room with two bed and microwave and refridge that they claimed they wanted They said the microwave works. The refridge was on the floor and it's as small as a TV dinner. It's so tiny. They had to bend way down to put things in and they were very frustrated with that. Why wasn't it on a table or even at a stms distance? Having such a small refridge on the floor is very tough to get in to. Especially for seniors They were supposed to get the ADA disability too. But they didn't. They had tub that they can't use because the step over sides of the tub are too high for them to get in and out of. So they were unable to even shower and that's gross and very unfortunate. What was advertised is not what they got. They have balance issues and they did not want to fall.sonthey had to stay out of the shower. They felt that the room was so small with the two beds and they could barely get Round in there. The room Does not look like the room that I booked . It was a tiny room and the two beds in the tiny room made it very stuffy and hard to navigate. They complained to me daily. They said the foam beds where impossible to get up from, but ith disability.

Pros: Front Staff & Housekeepers are very Polite. My Room was Clean & all Amenities worked Great.
