It was located fairly close to our relative’s home which made it convenient. They didn’t have towel racks in the bathroom.

Comfortable bed, rude staff upon arrival, overall facility fair at best. They are holding my $100 deposit for 2 weeks after check out? Crazy!!!

breakfast charged deposite for no reason. Left trash by door daily and did not leave a mess. Nor did i smoke in the room. VERY disappointed.

It was close to Great America California Room was musky, shower spilled out into the restroom, window didn't open, eating area was small, wifi didn't work.

Comfortable beds and room had a balcony with chairs. Food places where an average of 3-4 miles and after long day at amusement park was to tired to drive.

Great breakfast! Best potatoes I’ve ever had at a hotel! Staff was AMAZING! We will most deff. Be coming back more often! Very clean.
