Very spacious and clean rooms

The room itself was amazing very clean. Definitely enough space for a family. Breakfast buffet in the morning always a plus when you’re traveling. I also loved having parking so close to the room. The downside they have laundry services (you have to schedule a time to do it, there is a hand written list at the front desk) for 4$ to wash and more to dry but it’s done through an app. We unfortunately after a long day got the laundry slot at 10pm. We start our load, there is no instructions as to how long it will take nor did it state so we came back after about 45/50mins to put it in the dryer. We then start the dryer after some difficulty with the app go bacn 45/50 mins and our clothes are still completely wet. So we reload more money onto the app and start the dryer again making sure it says 48mins. Come back after 30 mins, the dryer is stopped and my clothes still are not dry! So now I’m getting frustrated it’s late I’m tired my clothes are still wet and I have to pay again! At this point it’s after midnight I start the dryer 1 more time and this time decide to stay, I watched it go from 43 mins down to 10 mins!! Like why?! And then the night manager comes in so rude doesn’t ask if he can help or if there’s a problem just says you can’t be doing laundry in here this late!!! Like SIR!! I do not want to be in here at all this late.

Nice place. Reviews from recent months indicating the hot tub wasn't working should be ignored as it certainly worked for our stay.

Great room, we took the suite and were very happy. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was very good for a hotel buffet.

I'll start with the bad. The first night there, a massive cockroach ran across the path in front of me, so that definitely didn't make me feel great. Bathtub wasn't clean, had a dark ring around it. Rest of the room was clean though. They kick you out of the pool area five minutes before 9pm on a weekend, we were all being very respectful and quiet, and it was still light out. We had to ask 5 times in the two days we were there for pool towels. And their phones do not work. You cannot get ahold of the property. An employee informed us it's been like that over a month. My husband drove two hours back to this property for my kid's missing toy, that had been left in the room. They apparently didn't find it. And we know it was there because she has told us multiple times that's where she left it, and we went no where else. Just very unprofessional. The good? The breakfast was good.

Our room was very inviting and clean. But in the pool area the ground has a lot of cracks, gaps and uneven pavement so I tripped a couple times . I also wish the breakfast and coffee was served later than 9am. Parking was only $7 which was great.

The room was very spacious with a nice kitchenette, the breakfast was decent and they were a lot oof parking spots available. The hotel just has this hidden $9 parking fee which seemed completely unnecessary because there was no scarcity for parkigngspots, and it is always annoying when a business creates these arbitrary fees for something that should be a part of their provided service. I mean how else do you expect their guests to arrive (the hotel is not in a walkable area).

Love the pool! I also liked every time we stepped in our room it smells so fresh There was one front desk worker he was an older man. Was very snappy and kind of talked down to us when I asked a question. Also wish they had an elevator next time we'll just have to make sure to request a ground floor.

Homeless dudes cruising around the parking lot casing you when you drove in. Hotel obviously allows this. Not a bad place for what it is but stay alert coming and going

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Everything in this furnished apartment was great. It's a great deal on the weekend. Breakfast is better than that of typical hotel chains. Only one negative: The hot water in the shower, for some reason, is not stable. The shower water got cold periodically. One day, the hot water is totally gone.
