Everything is in a great standard. Friendly staff, great room and accommodation. The only thing that I hope can be fixed in the future is the entrance for pedestrians. The path is very small. It’s hard for people to walk through especially when they carry a lot of luggage. The rain also only makes it worse.

Good location close to well-known restaurants & around 10 mins walk to a big mall, cool AC, good wifi. - My first impression when I entered our assigned room, I said to my hubby that the room smell awful (smell like bad body odour). Then the next day, I woke up early in the morning because my arm and my hand was so itchy and had rashes, and found out I was bitten by bed bug. It could be from one of the stained and old pillow. We complained and requested to change the room and luckily they gave us a new room within 2-3 hours. - I think the faveroom we booked doesn't have soundproof as every morning I heard people open and close the doors as well as people walked and talked outside. I felt like sleeping in a boarding house. - As the hotel located in the business complex, we have to pay parking everytime entered the complex, even only to drop off/pick up the hotel guests in front of the hotel.

I like to deco & sweet colour of the hotel, It is also very clean & tidy. The rooms and toilet are big in spaces. Drinking water is also being provided. I didin't like to lift because the sensor is very slow and less sensitive.
