Everything ! The room, the clranliness, the staffs, the foods,the location ,it is perfecto ! It is my 4th or 5th or 6th maybe,staying here. Never fail to make me have a big smile. When i go to restaurant, they always bring such hospitality u ll find nowhere in any hotels in Indo. And it is 4 stars hotels. Kudos to u all at Four Points Pakuwon ! Nothing.

Near pakuwon mall and central city abit The breakfast is under expectations, ive been staying at many hotels and their breakfast served with many options, im actually looking forward for the breakfast at fourpoints since the review is quite good, but then got a little it to excited i think, the food options is too limited, none is looks appetizing enough with the restaurant have local indonesians name but serving mostly non local cuisines. I expected more food choices for something like 4 star hotels

The location was great. Especially since there was a mall attached to it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bar was fantastic. And the breakfast was outstanding!!! Dinner choices could have been better.
