Everything, from the moment we arrived, exceptional, friendly and efficient. The club floor is well worth the experience, nice room, high quality linens, love the bathroom and shower. The evening cocktails is superb, breakfast was plentiful with good variety and freshness. Love it and would definitely return soon. Staffs are friendly and polite and efficient. Thank you Nothing

The dining experience was exceptional—Magnolia and the Club Lounge both offered incredible food that exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Tiwi and Mila from the Club Lounge for their outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. These individuals made our stay extraordinary and set a new benchmark for hospitality. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in worldwide, The Westin Surabaya stands out as the best. We can’t wait to return!

Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! ? The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya! Breakfast was a nice spread of local & international cuisine. However, I would prefer the cooked food to be hotter. Also wish the traffic situation (going back to the hotel in the afternoon) would improve somehow.
