Location, Lobby design was surpizingly good beyond expectation. Breakfast area design was good. I got some issue with the cleanliness of the bed as there was wood termite droppings (frass) on my pillow, but staff was very helpfull, they change my room. They did not offer to upgrade my room or other complimentary for the inconvenient, perhaps this hotel was not having a high star hotel standard prosedure from upper management/Operator SOP when things like that happend, but the front office&housekeeping were good to prepare another room within the hour. Front office, House keeping, restaurant staff and other staff on the hotel were friendly. Good effort from the staff. Had breakfast at around 7am, food was a bit below standard. Nasi goreng was very dry, cold, stiffen, hard to chew and taste blend. Some food were also already cold as well. Perhaps need to find solution for that.

The room was clean, beds, table, sofa, coffee area.. toilet was clean. Very comfortable pillows and L bolster. Aircon was strong and the TV had youtube etc. It was great. Please keep up the amazing work. Yes, I do have and hope that you can improve on the lightings in the toilet. Additional installation of lights would be good. It would be good to have white towels. Those that I had felt limp, not crisp, and was light grey-coloured. It didn't feel fresh or that clean.

The room is clean, with a sofa, fridge, hairdryer, and essential amenities. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas. Only two elevators are available, leading to long wait times.

New property and clean. Close to pakuwan mall. Rooms doors were squeaky and hard to close. No bathrobe was there so had to request for one. It’s opposite of pakuwan mall but can’t cross the road and reach. Need to take a bike or taxi.

Only delay 15 minutes when check in process due to issue on the door room that not closed well. The the officer move to other room. Other than that, everything is great include the facility to drop to the front mall with hotel car for free.

Location nearby the work place The structure of the hotel is awkward. Lobby at 16th floor Restaurant at Ground floor And… only 2 elevators for the full building… during weekend you can spend 10 minutes to go up or down
