Actually room was ok, clean and reasonable size. Location is excellent Price is good value. Common areas, in particular hallway is very tired. One lift broke down and second had issues while we were in it.

Good price, good location, comfortable beds. Have stayed here previously and was happy but this time the hotel seemed unclean especially in the hallway near my room where a storage cupboard was one and things were leaking/ breaking all over the floor. Bit disappointing compared to previous stays.

Very simple room with a view of the city central station. Cannot complain regarding the room. Shower and shower head looked a little unclean, could use some descaling. The hallway area from the elevators to the room looked very drab, walls were dented and with scuff marks everywhere.

it was worse and the room was not cleaned for two days and I back from out at 3 pm and I found my room still not cleaned. Also, the man in the reception was not good at all. not clean and and smell.

Location and huge room Definitely the place is due for a renovation, luckily my room was clean for the most part but you can notice the marks in the walls and very used chairs in the rooms. And the hallways and elevator really needs a do up

Great location opposite Central Station and Railway Square. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. The common areas could be cleaner. Eg lifts and corridors.

Location convenient, room size good. Air con didn’t seem to work well, I couldn’t get comfortable it was too hot in the room. And the kettle was disgustingly filthy, inside and out- I almost drank rusty water.

I liked everything about my stay here. I could have stayed a month, but alas it was only 1 day/night. The room is spotless, roomy, the bed is "plush" comfortable. It is decorated beautifully, and has everything you need, fridge, safe, iron, hangers etc. and the ability to make a cuppa. Spare pillow and blanket if needed. The bathroom is roomy, with a hairdryer and lovely toiletries on tap. it is literally across the road from the country trains and there are food options right outside. It's walking distance to well...everything. Mobility note: there is an entry ramp and a lift. The shower is walk in accessible with a rain shower, no hand shower. The floor gets slippery when wet, but there are 2 cloth bathmats. You could fit a shower chair in, but not a wheelchair, I didn't need to, but I imagine there are actual accessibility rooms that you could ask for. The bathroom bench has powerpoint, good lighting, and plenty of space for makeup. i like softer pillows, but this is twisting my arm for a critique lol

Had to request a room move as the a/c sounded like a helicopter landind in the room. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning. The shower spindle was broken making difficult to turn the shower on.

Had to chase up extra towels as the ones supplied are ok for one person not 2. Women need 2 towels. Had to chase up tea, coffee and sugar.

Room was clean and comfortable No information on what was available although an impression of our credit card was taken for extra nothing to inform what extra were available. Strange smell in corridor and number of areas had sheets blocking them off
