Location was the best. All within walking distance to everything. Meeso restaurant was also good and we played some free video games there while eating. None

The AC was dodgy. It would not respond to any setting - heat, temperature, fan on or off. It simply blasted unheated air. Fortunately, it turned itself off about 10.00pm enabling a quiet, restful sleep.

The bar was fun with games table -the kids (and husband) loved it! Rooms weren't very big but we booked the cheapest to accommodate our family so that's expected I guess.

Discounted parking No microwave. Pls offer at least 2 working microwave in each level of the building. Nobody eats cold food unless cold cuts

Property is well located in Sydney CBD. You can leave your bags at the hotel for free. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It’s awful value for what you get. The rooms are old and the carpets are disgusting.

The location was in walking distance of everything in Sydney, with hassle-free proximity to accessible transport and places to eat. Great central location. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable There was not much that I disliked about any of the facilities with in and around the Hotel. The elevators need to be accessible for all people.

the chinese lady who refused to admit one kid and started to call reception asking how many people staying and kids not covered etc when we stayed for 5 days and no one complained.it destroyed ibis image in single shot
