The cleaning is pretty good. I constantly see staffs do the cleaning all day long.

I was asked to checkout early, I was sick and apparently yelling in my sleep. I can understand being asked to leave but I refused a refund despite they promised if I was out by 10 they would give me one.i was severely ill and ended up in the hospital that night and was diagnosed with shingles a serious disease They were so cruel and unaccomadatinf and treated me like a pariah. I was especially insulted by the cruelty of the worker Cheng. Also too many loud rude Argentinians staying here, Evicted for being sick no refund.

What in the hostel is called "a room" is more an apartment with a few rooms and a toilet/shower included. They removed the internal doors of the apartment, so it is only the external apartment doors. There is very limited space for the number of people who are living in the hostel. Sometimes you cannot take a step because it is crowded (and everyone is extremely noisy!!!). (A moment later, everyone magically disappears... and you are alone =) ) During check-in, they will ask you for an AUD 20 deposit for the key, which will be refunded if you pay it with a card, or if you pay in cash... I do not know =) There was a strange story when they called me and could not remember my room number or the reason why they called me... I believe the girl also spoke to someone during this call... so it was "level maximum" strange behavior of staff. (Story: I had a hand fan in my storage box enabled by itself, and they wanted to check if it was not a big bike electrical lithium battery that made the noise.)
