Sydney Riseon Hotel

Close to Central Station. Staff very accommodating about leaving our luggage there early in the morning of our arrival. Room layout a bit cramped, curtains hanging off hooks, not a proper ensuite bathroom had to dry yourself in the bedroom, the vanity and toilet separate. OK for 1 night though.

The location was convenient, with easy access to Sydney Central Station, UTS and the University of Sydney. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The shared bathroom was also clean. The furniture and facilities were basic but adequate and appropriate for the price. The only issue was the TV connection, which was unstable and made it difficult to watch anything.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Sydney RiseOn Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt it offered great value for money. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Central Station, making it really convenient for getting around Sydney and exploring the city. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Sydney RiseOn Hotel. I’d happily stay here again!

Close to Central Station and light rail services. Surprisingly quiet, good for one or two nights.

The property’s location was convenient, there were cafes, convenience stores & a mall literally 2 minutes away. The staff were lovely and assisted us throughout check in and departure. They allowed us to check in earlier than our check in time. The room we had was moderately big as well compared to usual hotel rooms. The bed was relatively comfortable we thought. They also held our bags after check out as our flight was not until 5PM. At first glance the property’s entrance looked sketchy. It was a small lobby, but it made do. Upon arrival, the room had dents on the floor and the bathroom had cockroaches.

Comfy bed. Close to everything. Bathroom was a bit of mess. As it's a shared bathroom. I guess you can't help dirty people..

The staff were super lovely and friendly. The rooms were clean, huge and beds comfortable. The bathrooms - as they are shared facilities, you have to discard other people's dirty towels left on the floor to (1) get into the bathroom and (2) make space for your towels.

Near to centre station. So location wise, excellent! Quite untidy room- with cockroaches in the bathroom

The location was good Wasnt told about the showing facilities being right next to the elevator despite the ad stating they had private bathrooms in the rooms. Showing right next to an elevator where people walk past constantly made me feel so uncomfortable. And was only given a thin sheet for a blanket

Loved the location, minutes walk from Sydney central train station, the tramway and paddys market etc, spacious rooms, tea and coffee provided, handy to eating places

Very rude staff members - they took our $100 deposit without appropriate justification so be careful when giving your card details. The rooms are also very dusty and set off my allergies.
