Beds and location. Room service was always cold. Milk in room for coffee and tea was insufficient. No biscuits available. Amenities in bathroom were basic

It was convenient because my seminar was there. The Storehouse had good food and the staff were lovely. I had a room on the first floor that was dark and dingy and looked into an alley. I felt it was on the expensive side for the ordinary room I got but could have been because I booked last minute.

Very spacious and clean rooms An outstanding bar and breakfast option… the happy hour was sensational at great prices (and pours which is very important) can’t rave enough about the breakfast with the egg and bacon roll and the storehouse brioche being the absolute pick

Location Downstairs bar Poor view ..look at construction workers all day and night twenty feet away if that ..not the view we expected ..couldn’t even open curtains at all ! 2 teabags !!!!! Poor form !

Love how they gave the bride to be a free champagne that was lovely. The state of the rooms, the walls were filthy black marks all iver it, standing on a bath suction mat while showering is disgusting, tv was just free to air, chrome casting didn't work, the toilet seat was moving and almost falling off. The carpet was filthy, missing switches so live wires exposed. No water so had to basically drink out of bathroom tap.
