Property internal very neat and clean did not get parking close felt unsafe with our car men hanging around the the parking area tinking with cars in Car park other end of the building nothing wrong with hotel I feel it should be more secured sorry we got up and left

King size bed was actually one bed instead of two twins jammed together. Window shutter made it nice and dark when I needed rest The bathroom/toilet combo is gross and it ran out of hot water after like 1.5 minutes in the shower. Also there was mouldy carpet beside the bed head.

The bed was comfortable. 1. The hand basin is on the other side of the room to the toilet/bathroom - potential health hazard. 2. There was a strange smell in the room. 3. The room is too small for 3 people. 4. Overpriced for the size of the room and the lack of amenities. 5. Parking was $10. Parking should be free at a motel.

Location. Rooms were simple and comfortable. Had to pay for parking.

Best breakfast, we love the pancakes, cereal and yoghurt. Not over the top but extremely good value for a breakfast. The bed was so comfortable, I was able to sleep on my side without my hip hurting.

Bed was reasonably comfortable, with clean bedding. Bus stops right outside. Fast food options right next door. The heating/air con in our room worked and warmed up the room quickly, but was too noisy to run while asleep. Blackout blind worked surprisingly well. Fridge was quiet. Number of power sockets and USB charging ports. The bedroom itself was okay for two nights when out all day (bed, table and stool, kettle, TV only). The bathroom was very small and had a terrible smell making it unpleasant to use. While the main surfaces were clean, the room needs a serious deep clean and attention paid to details. There were stains on the ceiling and walls (including obvious black stains around air vents which looked like mould - unsure if it was or not), vents and heating were filthy, the window was surrounded by spider webs, bathroom had a puddle of cleaning product still on floor. Two of the lights in the room did not work. Would have been nice to have extra pillow and blanket options available as it was cold at night in winter and pillows were average.
