Overall stay was pleasant. Clean beds and washroom. Family room was spacious enough. Staff at the reception and the housekeeping were also friendly and provided good service. Even the stairs and walkways were clean and tidy. Nothing major.

Great location for hubby to be admitted into RPAH for his hip surgery! Walking distance to the hospital and plenty of places close by for meals

It was close to the hospital I was able to heat up food and store in in the fridge The bed was too soft

Located in a nice area. Having own facilities was good. Bed very comfortable and unit very clean. Lack of cooking equipment. Had a kitchenette with microwave but no bowls to use it properly. No toaster or other cookware.

The accessible room was actually accessible! And the kitchenette had the facilities promised. The Microwave is quite high, I almost could not reach it.
