The hotel is amazing. It is clean and tidy. The room is large. It has an amazing view over the city. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's in a perfect location. This is definitely a hotel I would love to return to again. Thank you to all the staff! Frankly, I cannot find anything I didn't like.

Lovely room and hotel, great location. Delicious meals at Cafe downstairs underneath hotel. Nothing major, just had issues with the key fob locking us out a few times, because we booked a late checkout. Staff sorted it for us quickly

Excellent location; well set up room. Air conditioner was noisy. (I thought for a while that there was a leaking pipe just outside with water flowing through it constantly and then I realised it was the noise from the air con). Also, the digital alarm clock/light went off at midnight, even tho I thought I had turned it off during the first night. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay and those things can be fixed, presumably).

The position was great. The garage was terrible. Way too small. Missed not having a wardrobe to hang clothes in. When the kettle boiled on the second morning. When it boiled and tripped it also tripped the TV and power points. This was phoned through to reception at 7.30 am. After returning from breakfast asked the reception girl was everything OK. She said she had forgotten all about it.

The property was clean and comfortable, the staff were nice and it is situated in a convenient location. There is nothing I didn’t like about the property but just a word of warning if you are booking parking at the property, the car park is small. Luckily we took my wife’s car. I own a van and it wouldn’t have fit height wise.
